How can I support you?

I provide specialized support in women’s mental health, with a focus on the unique challenges of expatriate life and maternal wellbeing. My services are designed to help women navigate transitions, emotional stress, and the demands of motherhood with resilience and clarity. Through tailored guidance and compassionate care, I empower clients to build balance, confidence, and sustainable wellbeing.

Expatriate life can be both enriching and challenging. The distance from familiar support systems, cultural adjustments, and unexpected moments of loneliness can weigh heavily. Not to mention the added stressors of raising a family on top of it all. I offer a compassionate space to navigate these transitions, helping you feel grounded, understood, and supported as you build your life abroad.

Are you struggling with:

  • Culture shock and adjustment stress (navigating new norms, language, and routines)

  • Isolation and loneliness (loss of familiar social support networks)

  • Identity shifts (feeling a loss of belonging, questioning sense of self)

  • Homesickness and grief (missing family, friends, traditions, and familiarity)

  • Relationship strain (stress on couples or families adapting together)

  • Work and career stress (adapting to new professional expectations, uncertainty)

  • Anxiety and depression (triggered or exacerbated by major life transitions)

  • Resilience fatigue (the emotional toll of “starting over” repeatedly for serial expatriates)

  • Parental burnout (balancing caregiving with lack of extended family support)

  • Maternal/paternal mental health concerns (e.g., postpartum depression, anxiety)

  • Guilt and pressure (struggling with expectations of being the “perfect” parent in a foreign setting)

If some of these experiences feel familiar, I invite you to book an intake session. Together, we can explore what you’re going through and find the support you need.
